This electropolished stainless steel Benchmarx™ was designed and manufactured for a client located in Florida from Aerospace Industry. The client is currently using 10s of these distinctive workbenches at their cleanroom operation.

This multipurpose mobile cart is designed and manufactured for a makerspace at a University in NC. This bin and pegboard combo cart will be used at one of the work zones at the makerspace along with other makerspace furniture we designed for them.

A special electro-polishing treatment is applied to this stainless steel mobile cart. The size of this cart is 60" x 24" x 64" and it is custom designed for a clean room environment.

The modified cart size is 36W x 24D x 36H. This utility cart has a welded steel frame with a clear gloss finish. It is equipped with casters that allow the cart to carry up to 1000 lbs. The worktop is 1" gray high-pressured laminate.

Our client needed to integrate a flow rack to their material handling process for improving efficiency and throughput. Formaspace engineers custom designed a unique flow rack for their specific product handling stream. Products come down the industrial chutes from the top of the flow rack and line up just above the standing height work surface. Once the Material Handling Operator completes their task on the work surface, they move the product to the conveyor behind the flow rack via the industrial chute located below the work surface. Our client now has a flexible, modular material handling operation. They can easily relocate their flow racks for future facility modifications.
