The project called for flexible, ESD-safe workstations that support every stage of product development, from electronics assembly and prototyping to validation and quality assurance. Designed for a confidential client, this custom ESD storage rack provides a smarter way to store servers vertically, reducing the floor space required compared to traditional horizontal storage while maintaining easy access for installation, servicing, and maintenance. The open rack system features four angled shelves that securely support servers in an upright position, each with a 150 lb load capacity, along with a larger lower shelf for staging equipment or additional components.
