Due to the crippling effects of inflation, Formaspace has seen significant increases in raw material costs, labor rates, and shipping. To keep up with inflation, this calendar year, we have given two companywide wage increases to our employees, to help them make ends meet. This puts us in an unsustainable situation that demands immediate attention in the form of a price increase.
Effective November 14, 2022, all new quotes from Formaspace will include a price increase, on all products, of a blended 10%. In addition, the surcharge of 15% instituted in September of 2021 will now be absorbed into our standard pricing. You will no longer see this line item appear on any quotes after 11/14/22.
Formaspace will honor all quotes issued before November 14, 2022, for a 30-day period. If Formaspace does not receive a purchase order within 30 days of the quote creation date, a new quote, including the surcharge, will be required to process the order.
